Dr. Juan Manuel Moreno Eguílaz received the Ph.D degree in Electronics,with European mention, from the UPC in 1997. Between 1993 and 1997 he was researcher at Electronic Department of the UPC. In 1997, he obtained a
tenured position as an Associate Professor. Since 2001 he belongs to the MCIA Center. He has participated in several national and international research projects, as well as multiple national and international publications and patents. His research and technology transfer activities involve power electronics, power converter's topologies, digital systems, digital control, microcrollers & DSPs and automotive electronics.
