Efrén E. Fernández

Mr. Efrén Fernández Palomeque received the M.S. degree in Control Industrial University Polytechnic ESPOL from the, Guayaquil Ecuador, in 2010.  His research interests include power-electronic system design, electrical motor drive, fault tolerant converters and their applications in hybrid electrical vehicles.
