Hamidreza Ghorbani

Mr. Hamidreza Ghorbani completed his BSc and MSc studies in Electrical Power Engineering in 2006 and 2009 respectively. He was as a lecturer at IAU University for three years. In 2012 he continued his research work at UPC and in 2015 he joined MCIA research center as a PhD candidate. His research interests include power-electronic system design, active gate control for high power IGBTs drive, fault tolerant converters, IGBT protection, analysis of power system stability and dynamical behavior.
